I've mostly done pop and urban throughout my career, be it dance, edm, pop, r&b or latin pop. I have my own home studio, which means comfort, speed and freedom. I have much respect for independent up and coming artists, who work hard and invest in their craft, who spend their hard earned money on my services, so I always do my best to offer the highest quality, so that my clients always get their money's worth.

Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: A blend. It's about what you do with the things, not what the things are, but if you have it, use it well.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will always try to make the right call for your material.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Creating things out of simple ideas and watching songs take shape.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That if it's fast it's not good, or that it's just pushing a few buttons.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Ask anything and be clear about your expectations.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: laptop, small audio interface, condenser mic, great pair of headphones, usb/midi keyboard.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Been doing this for over 15 years, and I have been involved in the music world pretty much since I was a child. Started off singing in a band, did festivals, competitions, small performances, recorded an album at 13, did radio after I finished high school and then began this business around when I was 23.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: No need to over-produce. Sometimes simple is enough to be efficient. Don't lock in a production before having a top line, and be ready to adjust the production to support the vocal melody.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually focus on everything pop or pop related, or rather, everything commercial.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work mostly in the box, with the analog gear focused on vocal recording. So, in order to get great vocals I use some nice and controlled serial compression going in. Everything after that tends to be "in the box", using an extensive collection of plugins.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mostly do full projects, including production, songwriting, demo recording, vocal recording, mixing and mastering. I do, however, do quite a bit of just vocal mixing, mixing and mastering.
