I'm Aleksander Kowalski a.k.a. 'Czarny HIFI', a producer from Poland who got his start as a Hip-Hop producer and got his major breakthrough working with top Polish urban artists in the end of 2000's and succesfully debuting with his group HIFI Banda in 2008. After that I went on to make my own production albums while still touring and running a succesful recording studio Otrabarwa as well as working with major pop artists, labels and corporate clients in the CEE region. In 2018, after receiving industry awards for best movie song ("Co jest ze mną nie tak" with Pezet) and best pop album production (Ania Dąbrowska "Dla naiwnych marzycieli"/Sony Music PL) I went on to be a Senior A&R consultant for Universal Music Poland and being coresponsible for launching Def Jam Recordings Poland.
