Typical delivery time is 2-3 business days, depending on the scope of the project. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

For vocals: I retain performance rights unless otherwise agreed upon.

For songwriting: I retain songwriting credits unless a buyout fee is negotiated upfront.
All work is delivered as non-exclusive unless explicitly stated in writing.

I will stay true to the agreed-upon creative direction. Please provide clear references and notes to ensure the best results.

You may use the final product commercially only after full payment is made. Proper credit must be given (e.g., "Vocals by DxtAC" or "Lyrics by DxtAC") unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy:
If the project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded, and additional fees may apply depending on the progress made.
