Eutheuz

Producer and Mixing Engineer.

Eutheuz on SoundBetter

Worked with some of the biggest artist from Portugal (Calema), Cabo Verde (Soraia Ramos) and France (Ya Levis). Specialized on being unique and authentic whether from composing side or mixing wise. I'm here to make your vision come true.

From Lisbon to Brazil, music is the bridge that connects us. As a producer and mix engineer, I’ve worked across all mainstream genres, blending the soul of Brazil's music with the melancholic side of Portuguese music and the strength of French music.
My mission? To create tracks that don’t just sound good but feel alive.

Interview with Eutheuz

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I was the Executive Producer and beatmaker of an Album called "Cocktail" by Soraia Ramos. I'm really proud of that work cause we very little time to manage everything and still nailed the artistic vision of it.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: I' m working on 2 albums and also some collabs with great artists.

  5. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  6. A: Yes, Mia Bastos and Batuta.

  7. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  8. A: Both. Analog will always have the best color and depth. Combine that with the speed of digital and you have the best way to work.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: I always promise to give my 110% on all my projects.

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: Freedom to visualize everything you want and wanted to be.

  13. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  14. A: They ask how can i be so sensitive and bold at the same time. I answer that i like the duality of it and the chills it gives.

  15. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  16. A: A lot of people think that i'm just a beatmaker or just an engineer. But i'm, in fact, a Producer and engineer. I can see the whole product, not just the composition.

  17. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  18. A: "How do you hear yourself in the music making ? "

  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: if you looking for a unique sound, and very chill process, you came to the right place. I respect every single professional on this platform, but i'm certain that i'm unique here.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: My computer ofc, a pair of genelec's (count as 1), an apollo, a native instrument keyboard and a teletronix LA-2A

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: i've been in the music industry basically my whole life, since my dad is also a big producer from brazil. I'm working professionally for 6 years now, and i've been taken all the steps, no skips. it's a long journey.

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: I consider myself a melancholic demon. I put a lot of energy into the songs but also with feelings.

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: I'd love to work with travis scott, as he is also a producer and has a very different approach to songs in general.

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: Less is more

  31. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  32. A: Everything from Mainstream music, but also some underground Eletronic and Rap music.

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: I would say it is my ability to understand others people mind, and be able to mix that with my own vision.

  35. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  36. A: I can bring the melancholy but also some rage. I always try to put a lot of feeling and depth to the productions and mixing, making it sound unique.

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: I like to first understand the artist mind and vision and really try to be on their shoe. My goal is to always embrace the artist's essence and amplify it.

  39. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  40. A: I've got 2 setups. 1 for beatmaking with a apollo, NS-10s, my computer and keyboard. The other is the main studio, with Neve summing, Apollo X16, Genelecs and Adam's. Also a mac studio M2 Max.

  41. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  42. A: I'm inspired by Mike Dean, Kanye West, Max Martin, Timbaland. Also Jacob Collier on the musician side.

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: I typically do full production (Beat making, Editing, Mix and Mastering) with my clients. But i'm always willing to collaborate in every step
