Dwayne "SALEZ" Lespoir, born and raised in Montreal, Canada. He is culturally of Guyanese descent. SALEZ is a quintessential, accomplished and zealous 30 year old young artist, building towards invention and innovation in the music industry. From about the age of 13, SALEZ had a passion for writing songs, which started off as a leisure activity.
Not only does SALEZ write
and record his own music; he takes the time to write songs for up and coming artists, but established
artist as well. SALEZ has been underestimated by some and overlooked by others.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Due to my personal Ep released in 2016 "Never Enough" .The doors have opened to several producers and celebrities for me.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: several projects with different artist, including my own personal one called "Canada Cold".

A: the fact that i get to network and travel.

A: Q: how do i find the time to work with so many artist and keep up. A: writing has become my everyday living. Call it my 9-5

A: Always make sure that you're always happy with the final results.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: It started off as a hobby but 10 years later its became my passion.

A: -Exactly what they are looking for -style of music - the vision of the song
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: my phone , laptop , microphone , chair and flip flops .
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Up to date.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Rhianna , Beyonce, John Legend and more . But i love the emotion you feel as you listen to their music. And i want each and every client of mine to feel that way after they hear my work.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Originality is key , you always want to be different from others.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: rnb, hiphop, pop and the list goes on . Once i'm inspired anything is possible for me.

A: Melodies
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring originality , bounce, flavour and rhythm .
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I listen to the production to see where it takes me. I then ask the client if their is a specific direction he has envisioned in mind to see which direction to take it in.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I am always on the move travelling city to city writing and working with artist.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mostly do allot of chorus ,melodies and full songs.

A: I listen to all types of music for inspiration new and old.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That songwriters will never shine and get the recognition .
