I’m a mixing engineer specialising in modern metal, metalcore, and atmospheric heavy music. For over 10 years I’ve been shaping heavy tracks into mixes that feel wide, punchy and emotionally expressive. If your sound lives anywhere near Loathe, Thornhill, Silent Planet, Invent Animate or the more ambient side of heavy music, that’s exactly where I thrive.

My workflow blends the best of analogue and digital. I’ve worked hands-on with Audient and Neve consoles, Neve preamps, Avalon VT737 channel strips, Lexicon reverbs, 1176-style compressors and other classic hardware, and I bring that same colour, warmth and movement into my digital mixes. I pair this with a broad selection of pro-level plugins, modern tone shaping, saturation, spatial effects, character tools and surgical EQ in order to deliver mixes that are both polished and alive.

I focus on clarity, depth and impact: tight and punchy drums, controlled low end, wide textured guitars, expressive ambience and vocals that sit with definition inside dense arrangements. Whether it’s a single, EP or demo, I work closely with artists to capture the intention behind the song and elevate it into something competitive and emotionally gripping.
