I’m passionate about teaching, and seeing people apply the techniques I discuss and improve their work makes it all worth it.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: At the moment, I’m working on a YouTube audio tutorial series where I share tips and techniques on music production. The series covers everything from sound design to mixing and mastering, with a focus on helping viewers improve their skills and achieve professional-quality results in their own music.

Everyone brings a unique style and approach, so take your time to review their work and find someone who aligns with your vision.

  7. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  8. A: I work primarily in the digital realm because it offers flexibility, precision, and efficiency, especially with DAWs like Ableton. However, I also appreciate the warmth and character that analog gear brings. Both analog and digital have their strengths, but I find digital tools give me the control and versatility I need to create high-quality, innovative music.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: My promise to my clients is to always deliver high-quality, polished music that aligns with their vision. I’ll bring my creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail to every project, ensuring a collaborative process and a final product that resonates emotionally and stands out sonically. Your satisfaction and the integrity of your sound are my top priorities.

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: What I like most about my job is the ability to bring ideas to life through sound. I love the creative process of transforming raw concepts into polished tracks that resonate emotionally with listeners. Each project presents a new challenge, allowing me to continuously learn and evolve as an artist while working closely with others to achieve their vision.

  13. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  14. A: The most common question I get is, “How do you make your tracks sound so full and balanced?” The answer is that it starts with a strong foundation—solid sound design, well-arranged elements, and careful attention to mixing. I focus on balancing every element, from levels to effects, ensuring that each part has its own space in the mix.

  15. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  16. A: The biggest misconception about what I do is that music production is just about pressing buttons or using fancy gear. In reality, it’s a deeply creative process that involves understanding emotion, storytelling, and technical precision. Crafting a unique, impactful track requires time, collaboration, and attention to detail, not just technical skills.

  17. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  18. A: I’d ask my client, “What’s the emotional direction or vibe you want to convey with this track?” Understanding the mood, energy, and story behind the music helps me tailor my approach, ensuring that every element supports the overall vision and creates a strong connection with the listener.

  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: If you’re looking to work with me, my advice is to come with a clear vision of the sound and vibe you want to achieve. I thrive on collaboration and love exploring new ideas, so don’t be afraid to share your thoughts and creative direction. Together, we’ll craft something unique and impactful that aligns with your goals.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: If I were stranded on a desert island, my five essential hardware items would be a laptop with Ableton, headphones for accurate monitoring, a keyboard for MIDI control, an audio interface for quality sound, and a synthesizer for creating diverse sounds. These tools would allow me to stay productive and creative, no matter the circumstances.

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: I’ve been working in music production for 15 to 16 years, starting with FL Studio and eventually transitioning to Ableton as my primary DAW. I’ve also worked professionally in Pro Tools, gaining experience across various genres and projects. My journey has allowed me to refine my skills, blending creativity with technical expertise in every track I create.

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: My style blends emotional depth with innovative sound design, incorporating elements from electronic, hip-hop, and experimental music. I focus on creating unique textures and powerful atmospheres, while ensuring each track maintains a strong, cohesive structure. My approach combines creativity with technical precision, resulting in music that is both dynamic and immersive.

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: I would love to work with artists who blend emotional depth with innovative sound design, like Mac Miller, Watsky, or Sad Night Dynamite. Collaborating with artists who push genre boundaries and explore new sonic territories would be an exciting opportunity to create something truly unique and impactful.

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: One music production tip I swear by is to start with a strong foundation—whether that’s a solid drum pattern or a unique sound design element. When the core elements are strong, everything else, from melodies to arrangement, will fall into place more naturally, making the overall track more cohesive and impactful.

  31. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  32. A: I typically work on electronic, hip-hop, and experimental music, blending unique sound design with powerful beats and atmospheric elements. I craft tracks that combine intricate melodies, deep basses, and dynamic arrangements, focusing on both emotional depth and sonic innovation.

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: My strongest skill is blending creativity with technical precision. I excel at sound design and mixing, and focus on achieving a balanced, polished final product, ensuring every element complements the track’s emotional and sonic impact.

  35. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  36. A: I bring a mix of creativity and technical expertise to every song. From crafting unique sounds with tools like the Cobalt 8M and SP-404MK2 to expertly arranging, mixing, and mastering, I ensure every track has depth, clarity, and impact. My focus is on enhancing the emotional and sonic quality, delivering a polished, professional final product.

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: My work process blends creativity with technical precision. I begin by conceptualizing and gathering sounds, then use tools like the Cobalt 8M, Polyend Tracker, and SP-404MK2 for sound design and composition. I arrange, mix, and master in Ableton or Pro Tools, refining each element to deliver a polished, professional final product.

  39. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  40. A: My studio setup is designed for both precision and creativity. I work with Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro headphones for accurate monitoring, Yamaha HS8s speakers for clear, full-range sound, and a Cobalt 8M synthesizer to create rich, expressive tones. My Arturia MiniFuse 4 interface ensures high-quality audio recording and playback, while Blue Bluebird and Earthworks ICON microphones deliver professional-grade vocals and instrument recording. The Arturia Keystep 37 keyboard provides seamless MIDI control, and I use the Polyend Tracker and SP-404MK2 for hands-on sampling, beat-making, and creative sound manipulation. This setup empowers me to produce, mix, and record with precision, while keeping my creative process inspired and dynamic.

  41. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  42. A: I’m a music producer and audio engineer inspired by a diverse mix of artists, including Mac Miller’s emotional depth, Virtual Riot’s intricate electronic sound design, Proleter’s unique blend of sampling and hip-hop, Ours Samplus’s innovative beats, Watsky’s storytelling and lyrical flow, and Sad Night Dynamite’s atmospheric, genre-blending style. My work reflects this fusion of creativity, blending genres and pushing the boundaries of sound to create unique, impactful music that resonates with listeners on multiple levels.

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: The most common types of work I do for clients involve mixing and mastering tracks to ensure they sound polished and professional. This includes: 1. Mixdown of Stems: I take individual audio stems (such as vocals, instruments, drums, etc.) and blend them together to create a cohesive, balanced track. I focus on proper EQ, compression, panning, and effects to make each element sit perfectly in the mix, ensuring clarity, depth, and impact. 2. Vocal Mixing: I specialize in mixing vocals, including tuning, time alignment, EQ adjustments, and adding effects such as reverb and delay to enhance the overall performance. I ensure that the vocals sound natural while fitting perfectly with the rest of the mix. 3. Cinematic Scoring & Sound Design: I work on creating emotionally impactful soundscapes and scores for films, advertisements, or video games. This includes composing original music, layering atmospheric sounds, and adding custom effects to enhance the storytelling experience. I ensure that the sound design aligns with the visuals and helps create the right mood or tension. These services are tailored to each client’s needs, and I pride myself on delivering high-quality results that meet both creative and technical standards. Whether it’s a track, a film score, or a live sound setup, I bring the same attention to detail and dedication to every project.
