A decade Ago while studying Astrophysics and Cosmology (The study of the Structure of Universe) in South Africa, I learned about sound waves, sound manipulation and I found no difference between galaxy formations theory and music theory, both theories value the Golden Ratio.
What we know about the Universe is what we hear by mulitwaves telescopes and our ears does the same when hearing music, we pay attention to the golden ratio of any track and assume love. The right mix of your track, is the golden ratio!
I like to call myself a Mixing Engineer, a former cosmologist (checkout why lot’s of successful cosmologist turn musicians by reading this amazing and inspiring book; Jazz of Physics by Stephon Alexander). I love to DJ and I’m producing my own album with sounds I love to drown myself in; hypnotic Amapiano bass, the soulful style of House music, and the minimalistic repetitive rhythms of Techno.
I was born in Sudan (I grew up listening to everything), geographically influenced by all kind of music from East and North Africa, sub Saharan, East and finally South Africa during my studies in Cape Town.
