I'm a classically-trained, genre-fluid vocalist, globally renowned for my work in Final Fantasy 14 & 16, at your service!

Hiya! I'm Amanda Achen, a multi-genre vocalist with technical training, and a diverse musical background.

As somewhat of a vocal chameleon, I have extensive training and experience in multiple genres, with strengths in film score, interactive media, classical, jazz, pop and musical theatre.

I'm most well known for my work in the Final Fantasy franchise, as the singer of main trailer and credit themes in FF14 Shadowbringers, Endwalker, Dawntrail, and in FF16.

Recently I have been performing to sometimes 10s of thousands of fans across the globe in venues like the Tokyo Dome and Carnegie Hall for FF 'Fan Fests', the 'Eorzean Symphony', and 'Distant Worlds'.

I've also performed several times with Joe Hisaishi at his Studio Ghibli symphony concerts.

As a vocalist in TV/Film, I've been in many film score sessions, with credits like Frozen 2, Mulan, the Simpsons, had my original music placed in films.

The classically-trained soprano in me still occasionally sings in legit classical concert and operatic performances!
(But don't worry, I definitely don't sound like an opera singer when I sing other genres 😉)

I can read music, sing in many different languages, topline, co-write, and do basic production/composition.

I'm very versatile and love to experiment/explore/play! I take direction well, but also happy to take the lead.
