The process is about quality and that is my key goal and drive for your music. I use the best plugins from Universal Audio, Waves, Slate, Fabfilter, McDSP, Eventide and many many more!   1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: Anything that XXWizDomXX has released. When we started the goal was to do exactly what we are doing now. Making music and getting out to the rest of the world. There wasn't any special secret thing to do it either. Just working and grinding and consistently pressing on. Definitely proud of the growth and the movement! My role recording, mixing and mastering engineer.

  3. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  4. A: Reginald Walson. The dude is a freaking BEAST!

  5. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  6. A: Both. We are all akin to that analog warmth. Also there is nothing like being hands on and turning knobs. When it comes to digital it is awesome too! You can have a whole studio inside of a computer. Its like magic.You have the luxury of recall. you can get up and take the music with you anywhere if needed. Can't go wrong with either!

  7. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  8. A: I promise to give you the best product within my abilities and nothing short of it. I promise to strive for quality.

  10. A: The fact that I am blessed enough to do what I love doing.

  11. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  12. A: That I am the all mighty common denominator to a great song. I am here to enhance your great song.

  14. A: What are your expectations for me? What do you like about my work if you have had the chance to hear any of it? What is your vision?

  16. A: Look for someone who is passionate and hard working and willing to put their all into your project.

  18. A: U47, Distressor, UAD Apollo, Mac Computer, Really good headphones or monitors.

  20. A: Any artist who is ready to work and strives for quality in the finished product.

  22. A: Trust your ears!

  24. A: Hip Hop, R&B/Soul, Neo Soul, Jazz

  26. A: Communication with the artists.

  28. A: Clarity. Balance.

  30. A: It all depends on the artist. I don't have a go to process.

  32. A: UAD Apollo 8 Quad, Focusrite ISA One, Manley Core, Roland Fantom X8, NI Maschine Mk II, Manley Reference Cardiod Mic, Sterling St 69 Tube Mic, Shure SM7b, Aston Origin. UAD, Waves FabFilter, Slate, McDSP and many other plugins.Running Pro Tools 11 and Logic Pro 10.

  34. A: Anyone doing this in the industry is inspiring to me.
