Affectionately known as "Trillionaire Earl", my work as a songwriter, music producer, mixing & mastering engineer, and consultant has achieved Grammy/Billboard/RIAA recognition for my work with legendary artists like Jennifer Hudson, Keyshia Cole, Ashanti, Tito Jackson, Snoop Dogg, Big Daddy Kane, and many more. Soul/R&B is my primary genre!

"How do you get that sound?" is a question I've been asked quite frequently throughout my 30+ years in music. Remaining a student of music and it's constant evolution over time & technology, has been a major component that's allowed me to stay relevant in this ever-changing space.

My musical journey began on Chicago’s west side where I fell in love with the trumpet in elementary school. Passion & dedication led to many awards & accolades in high school, as well as participation in Chicago’s All City Jazz Band, and recognition in Who's Who In Music. My primary services are songwriting, production, mixing, mastering, and consulting. I'm a consummate professional, having collaborated across many genres, including R&B/Soul, which are my mainstays, but also in Pop, Southern Soul, Rock, Hip-Hop, and Gospel.

I’m passionate about paying it forward, which is why I have been a mentor & consultant for many, and have taught Music Production & Music business at the high school & college levels, where many of my students have very successful careers in music.
