I spend my days writing, recording, engineering, & mixing. I live in a Nashville studio with a live tracking room where I capture live instruments, real drums, and vocals. I create vintage drum samples. I aim to make every track I work on unique.
In the past I was a touring and recording indie-rock guy, now I make rhythm centered indie pop tracks. (check my sample playlist bellow to hear my updated reel)
I've played for an array of styles including pop rock, post rock, indie/folk, singer songwriter, country, punk, and rap-rock. I started young.
In my earlier years, I've had the opportunity to record with producers such as Howard Benson, David Bendeth, and Aaron Sprinkle. I've toured and recorded for multiple artists over the years such as Golden Youth, Hawk Nelson, Audrey Assad, and Pax217. In addition, I've spent time as a drum technician for bands such as Underoath and Gym Class Heroes.
During my process, I like to get a vision of what the artist and/or producer wants. My goal is to capture the rhythm and character of that vision.
With 15+ years of experience, I've crossed over many genre's such as Rock, Pop, Singer-Songwriter, Country, Modern Folk, and Independent Post-Rock.
I bring all my experiences along side of every recording.
