  4. A: Have just finished a few covers with my friends and am writing originals

  5. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  7. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  8. A: My promise is high quality recordings within 7-10 days

  9. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  10. A: I'm obsessed with music so i can barely call it a job

  11. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  12. A: When will this be finished? 😅 Ill never send a sub par stem/'s to a client

  13. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  14. A: People think i can play guitar, which i wish i did 😥

  15. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  16. A: What do feel and sound are you going for? Are you wanting something specific or do you want me to experiment?

  17. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  18. A: Have real clear communication on what you want in the song, the emotion behind it, the sound and feel you want.

  19. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  20. A: Definitely my RD-2000, PC, a jazz Gretsch drum kit, a Neumann U67 mic, Neve 1073 preamps, Barefoot Speakers...oh wait that's 6 my bad, you get the idea

  21. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  22. A: I've been self taught from the start, been playing drums since i can remember, taught myself piano and production over Covid

  23. Q: How would you describe your style?

  24. A: My style varies between Catchy chill tunes, sort of sad boy chill pop and 80's synth pop, but im up to try anything

  25. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  26. A: I would love to work with Charlie Puth, Fiji blue, Jacob Collier....the list goes on!

  27. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  28. A: It sounds simple but sound choice is everything!

  29. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  30. A: Currently im right into the chill pop/indie style

  31. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  32. A: I believe i have a really thorough understanding of what a song needs to make it a true banger! whether that be a searing synth, a chill pad or a vocal stack

  33. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  34. A: I can bring mutiple sounds and FX's to a song, Killer vocal stacks & funky keys, however i will always play for the song not over it.

  35. Q: What's your typical work process?

  36. A: My typical process is really listen to what the song needs and what the artist wants. From there depending how far the project has got, ill explore a ton of sounds to find that perfect one that suits the artists wants and songs needs. For vocals, depending lyrics are written, i'll never knock it out in the first session as i've learnt you'll need a day or two of listening thoroughly to the tune to really nail the vocals come session 2.

  37. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  38. A: Have been producing since 2021, my home studio is continually improving with new gear and workflows!

  39. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  40. A: Love the Fiji Blue sound and have covered a few of their songs

  41. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  42. A: Chill pop vocals, keys and synths
