FIRST TRACK FREE, WILL MIX AND MASTER TOO. NEED A PRODUCER TO COLLAB WITH? I'm a home producer, artist, and mix/master engineer. I specialize in indie pop and bedroom pop, and I'd love to hear about your project.

I'd love to collaborate with you on your next project! I'm offering to produce one track for free, and if you're happy and satisfied with my work we can work together more in the future. I'm very confident in my producing, mixing, and recording skills and you can count on me to make any song you're working on sound amazing.

I've been playing, recording, and making music since I was 4 years old learning violin, and can play all instruments needed in indie pop, such as electric guitar, drums, bass, and piano. Check out @dunmakesmusic on instagram or tiktok to see my song a day challenge, where I produce one different song each day.

Send me an email through 'Contact' button above and I'll get back to you asap.

Working with dun was an absolute pleasure! He created an amazing track for my stream titled "Cozy Cat Jam" just based off my request for a comfy euphoria feeling. He was very responsive and open to any critiques I may have had. I would 12/10 reccomend him for any projects you might have in mind, and would love to work with him again!
Thank you again for the amazing track!

Interview with dun

  1. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  2. A: What are two reference tracks that you want your song to sound like, and what is your expected timeline for the project?

  3. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  4. A: Be communicative! I'd love to hear any requests, feedback, thoughts, and queries you have throughout the process, and the more we're on the same page the better.

  5. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  6. A: Acoustic guitar is a must, and then some quality headphones with a tape player of all my favorite tracks. For the final two things, probably a cajon (in case i encounter a drummer in the wild) and a shaker. THIS IS ASSUMING WE'RE ASKING ABOUT MUSICAL GEAR OF COURSE.

  7. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  8. A: I've been doing music for my whole life, but I've only seriously tried my hand at full time for the past year. It's a scary thing, but it's been so worth it.

  9. Q: How would you describe your style?

  10. A: I have a very melodic style, with focus on being able to dance to the song as well.

  11. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  12. A: I would be ecstatic to work with Porter Robinson, because he seems really down to earth, and makes some beautiful and meaningful music.

  13. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  14. A: Simple is always best. Less parts with more intention behind them always makes everything sound way better.

  15. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  16. A: Indie Pop and Bedroom Pop are my specialties, but I made my start in lofi and game music, and also have had my hand in disco, folk, hiphop, trap, funk, and EDM.

  17. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  18. A: My strongest skill is coming up with groovy electric and bass lines, as well as putting drums to anything.

  19. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  20. A: I bring clean, creative, and beautiful sounding instrument parts and mixes.

  21. Q: What's your typical work process?

  22. A: I love to start with drums, and the drums have to perfect in every one of my tracks. I think that brings out the life and the energy of any song.

  23. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  24. A: I've got everything I need. A good interface, MIDI keyboard, guitars and bass, speaker and subwoofer, condenser and dynamic mic, and many headphones. I promise that I got everything that's needed for the job.

  25. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  26. A: I'm super inspired by Dayglow and Keshi, who both made their start making music in their bedrooms.

  27. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  28. A: I produce a song up to the vision of the artist, or I make a backing lofi or chill game track for a video or a stream.
