Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: Pop/R&B & Gospel music.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: I can create commercial music tracks around a song idea, help re-write lyrics, re-arrange compositions, and reimagine finished songs for a remix. I can also write original songs with full music production from scratch based on a person's favorite artists & songs. I produce/coach vocalists and pride myself in bringing out the best performance in each singer I work with. I play keyboards, guitar (electric & acoustic), bass, and program all drums for most Pop/R&B projects. I also provide a beautiful & relaxing studio environment conducive to creating great music & visuals.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: I work mostly with clients who require full music production & mixing. We start with a discovery call &/or in-person meeting to discuss music goals, song/album ideas, ref. tracks etc., before entering into a contract for a project. I then start songwriting &/or pre-production around a new or client idea (scratch demo. guide vocal). We then schedule the vocal recording session (or 2) and I edit/comp. & tune lead & background vocals as needed. Once the Client is happy with the vocals I start finalizing the Mix with whatever processing/FX is needed (EQ-Compression-Warmth-Reverb/Delay etc.) and output whatever deliverable masters are needed (vocal, live perf. track, instrumental, alt. mixes).

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: Our in-house Studio runs Apple Logic Pro X & Avid Pro Tools DAWs, with FX plugins by Waves (SSL/API), Izotope & more. Vocals are tracked with a Neumann U87, Shure SM7b, or EV RE-27 Mics going into an Avalon 737 Mic Pre to an Audient iD44 Audio Interface, back out to an Apogee Rosetta 200 A/D/A Convertor to Monitors. We Mix on calibrated JBL LSR 4328 Monitors, with a Mackie Control (MCU) + XT (16 faders) automation. We also have access to some of the best music talent in the world here in L.A. & remotely to take your songs to the next level.

A: Producers: Prince, Babyface, Jam & Lewis, JYP, Brave Brothers. Singers: Mariah Carey, Whitney, Ariana, Usher, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5. Kpop Groups: TWICE, Brave Girls, Itzy, Black Pink, Le Sserrfim. Christian/Gospel: Hillsong, Elevation Worship, Chris Tomlin/Passion, Phil Wickham, Winans.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: I work mostly with solo artists and vocal groups who require songwriting & music production, high-quality vocal recording & editing, and final mixing for streaming platforms.
