Sweazarena on SoundBetter

Engineering Hype. What a time to be a engineer. Long hours. Not enough time in the day. Who said it would be easy finding that annoying frequency? No one. That is why I love what I do. Building connections, creating vibes, and providing my clients with what they deserve. (NO MORE HEADACHES)

Hello,
My name is Sweazie.

I am offering Mixing/Mastering services. I'm also a music producer. So I have been around the block a few times. I've done multiple recording sessions. I know how tough it is to get that professional sound. *Key note* (I can not save them all). If the recording is bad it can not be saved. A person like me will not back down a challenge. I will do my best to solve all your worries. Do not hesitate to challenge my skills.

Tell me about your project and how I can help, through the 'Contact' button above.

Interview with Sweazarena

  1. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  2. A: Both. Analog, gets that warmth and vibe quicker. Digital is a tool that can be recalled much easier. Digital is a tool that just work and can sound almost or just as good as analog.

  3. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  4. A: Do not be afraid of a little variety in your sound. If you have feedback on me. Let me know. Don't hold back.

  5. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  6. A: Music is life. I actually use to sing in the choir. *Shhh* don't tell nobody. Mixing/Mastering 15 plus years. Still learning.

  7. Q: How would you describe your style?

  8. A: Open minded to different taste of art

  9. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  10. A: Any artist that is passionate about his/or her work.

  11. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  12. A: USE YOUR EARS. If it sounds good. Then it is good.

  13. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  14. A: I try to diversify my portfolio.

  15. Q: What's your typical work process?

  16. A: Ask the artist, What is his/or her direction for the song.

  17. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  18. A: 2 Kalia Audio 6.5in Studio Monitors. Avantone Mixcube for mono mixing. Audio Technica M40x Headphones with sonarworxs id reference. SSL2 audio interface. I primary use Fl Studio for my production, but if you are not comfortable with that. I also have experience with Studio One. It's not what you have. It's how you use the tools. Will grow to better outboard gear.

  19. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  20. A: I inspire myself. Chasing that professional sound. Keeping a open mind to not stop learning. Always to be the student in the classroom.

  22. A: Bring a ease of relief off the artist. Help the artist find his sound is important to me.
