Hello! I am Red Luna and I have been professionally singing for over 6 years. My real name is Angelina and I am 20 years old. As I am still young I am familiar with all the new genres and music , but I am also familiar with older genres. I have been working on other freelancing sites (Fiverr) for over 2 years and have been working for over 300 clients all around the world! Interview with Red Luna

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: It would be my life book (Awareness by OSHO) Notebook Pen Hair brush Knife
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been singing for my whole life and making/writing songs was just a hobby. When I found out I could collaborate with so many artists around the world online I immediately opened accounts on a bunch of Freelance platforms and with a little luck I maintain a pretty neat workload :D
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My personal style is a mix of angel/ethereal harmonies placed on darker concepts. I love bringing strong emotions in music and balancing lighter and darker notes.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would absolutely love to give vocals to some of the Enigma's projects because I feel like their music is made for the soul!
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always treat every mix as a newborn, there are no patterns and presets, each song has to have its own stamp.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: As I said, I love experimenting with so many genres and I was on so many. But mainly for clients I usually work on House, EDM, DnB, Trap and Electronic. For myself I love indie rock, indie pop, alt rock, grunge, techno, experimental...
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is speed, efficiency and creativity.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I would say I bring a unique/personal touch to every song. You can say by all the songs that I did that they have that something similar and those would be harmonies or back vocals that made me who I am out there :)
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: My typical work process looks like this: A client reaches out about a project We discuss the details about what the clients exactly wants and expects while I give my creative input We set an offer I get the job done and send everything including the separated files We close the order or do revisions. I am adaptive and open to letting the client decide how they want the process to look like so if you prefer to discuss the project while I work and in the mid-work we can always do that too :)
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio setup is in my room that is perfectly sound isolated with various materials such as wooden floor and ceiling, sponge panels as well as wood and textile panels along the walls. I use multiple microphones that I choose based on the project, I work with RODE Nt1a, Austrian Audio OC818 (my main mic) and STC 2. I use both open-head headphones for mixing (RODE NTH-100) and closed headphones for recording (Sennheiser HD 280 PRO) I use audient ID14 interface and YAMAHA HS8 monitors. Sometimes if the goal of the mix is to be crisp and tight, I switch to my KRK Rokit 5 monitors bevause it gives a brighter range in the higher freq
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Mostly I have been inspired by spiritual and experimental artists such as Enigma, Bjork, AURORA...
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mostly do projects that include vocal recording, melody creation and songwriting. Mainly in the EDM, House, Trap, RnB, Soul, Grunge genres but I also love experimenting various genres. I also do mix and master if needed!
