Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Don't compare yourself to the biggest artists in the game. It can be discouraging when you don’t sound exactly like them. Instead, compare yourself to your past self. Focus on your progress and you'll see how much you've improved over time.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually produce House music, especially Latin House, Tech House, Tribal House, and Afro House. I also work on Drum & Bass, especially Jungle. However, I’m always open to experimenting with different genres. I enjoy trying new things and can adapt to any style if needed.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I believe every musician brings something unique to the table. Whether it’s an interesting sound choice, a creative arrangement, or an overall production style, I find inspiration in many different artists. There’s always something to learn and appreciate in every piece of music.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: It depends on what the client needs. If it's music production, they usually share their vision. If they have a melody in mind, they can send me a MIDI file or just a recording of them humming it. I create a sketch, and if everything sounds good, I develop it into a full track. For mixing, the client sends me the stems along with one or more reference tracks. I deliver a final version, and if anything needs adjusting, I can modify it anytime. For percussion and piano, the client tells me what they need, maybe shares the track they're working on, and I build on it to fit their vision.
