I've been Tame Impala's live drummer since 2012. I have 20 years experience in touring and recording and I'm looking forward to collaborating remotely on new music.
I was born in Albi, France, in 1980. My experience as a drummer combines both touring (Tame Impala, Tahiti80, Aquaserge, Hyperclean...) and studio recording (Aquaserge, Tahiti80, Laetitia Sadier, Bertrand Burgalat, April March, This is the Kit, Medhi Zannad...).
In parallel of my drumming carreer, I also released 5 solo albums between 2014 and 2024 under "Barbagallo", a project in French for which I write all lyrics and music and play all instruments.
I'm conservatory trained and feel comfortable in a wide range of music styles (pop, rock, jazz, latin, soul, funk, prog).
I can either stick to a premade idea/pattern or provide original ideas.
