Mixing Engineer, Programmer
Marc “Schmarx” Schneider is an American songwriter, record producer, engineer, and multi instrumentalist.
In 2013, Schmarx began building tracks for songwriter Brett James and producing demos for Warner/Chappell. That lead to engineering and programming credits on MCA recording artist Kip Moore's sophomore album. Marc's most recent songwriting credit includes Noah Schnacky from Hitstreak's single "Miami To L.A."
Schmarx grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Full Sail University with a degree in Recording Arts and Entertainment Business in 2006. At 19 years old, he formed a band with his older brother called The Incline, and in just 4 years he independently recorded and released 3 official albums. During this time, Schmarx was the head audio engineer for Pittsburgh’s outdoor amphitheater First-Niagara Pavilion. In 2011, Marc moved to Nashville to pursue a publishing deal.
