Q: What's your typical work process?
A: First, I want to listen to the artist to hear their thoughts and what they are passionate to accomplish. Next, I make an over plan, starting with pre-production and charting. Next tracking session(s), additional overdubs, editing, mixing and mastering to a finished product (Note: in all aspects of the process, the artist is always involved.)
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Harrison MixBus, Focurite Preamps, Waves Plugins, Spectrasonics, Nativive Intruments, Synthology Ivory, East West Hollywood Strings,Superior Drummer, various mics, Isolation Booths, comfortable environment.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Jonathan Cain, Neal Schon, Michael W. Smith, Toto,Dream Theater, Dann Huff, Joe Carrell, Chris Lord Alge, Bob Clearmountain, just to name a few.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I consider it a great privilege to work with a broad range of talented people. In doing so, I get the opportunity to develop their sound and create music that reflects who they are and supports their vision. This would include: Production, Writing, Arranging, Mixing and Mastering.
