I realized my calling in this life is to help others make their musical vision come to life. Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I am a very laid back person. Quite and calm. I feel like my music and style reflects this.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Anyone who shares my passion for music. That wants to make something meaningful. I want to be part of making music that makes people feel something.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Never stop learning.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Hip-hip, R&B, Chill, and Lofi music.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I believe my greatest skill is my ability to connect with people. I love to build relationships and a rapport with the artists. I want them to feel comfortable in my presence.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: My attention to detail, my general love for making an artist's vision come to life.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I try to work as efficiently and organized as possible. I want to maximize the artists time, so I use a lot of shortcut keys and templates to make sure things move as smooth as possible.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I am currently an in home producer. I have built a 6.5 ft x 4 ft x 4 ft sound proof vocal booth with a Lauten Audio microphone in my home. it has taken my recordings to the next level and gives me the confidence to sell myself as a recording engineer. At my desk I have to Kali Audio 6.5 inch monitors.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Mixed by Ali, Monte Booker, Kenny Beats, MF Doom, Madlib are artists that really inspire me and put me in a creative mindset. I go to these guys if I ever am in need of grounding.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Currently, I mix, master (in the box), record vocals, comp vocals, vocal tuning, edit, produce, and make beats. I am generally a one stop shop for your musical needs.
