Commercial studio trained mix engineer, producer, and songwriter specializing in worship, folk acoustic, and rock.
Professionally trained at Dark Horse Recording in Franklin, TN as a studio recording and mix engineer. I can remotely help with music production, writing, and song mixing.
West Virginia native and love all things authentic and folk. I have been playing drums since an early age and have been playing acoustic guitar and bass for over a decade. Songwriting is my passion that fuels helping other artists get to the story behind the lyrics. I work mostly in the folk/acoustic and worship space, though I have interest in almost any genre. Who doesn't love a good shoegaze jam?
- Every project is unique and can require different schedules and rates to serve each one in the best way possible. I give and receive feedback openly and view music production as a collaborative process.
- My mixing rate includes a 44.1k 24bit unmastered stereo mix WAV file. A typical song will, of course, need to be refined until we hit gold! To keep projects on schedule, I have a time limit of 30 business days from delivery of first pass.
-I can provide mixed stems for $25/song. A stereo master would be an additional $75/song. Alternative mix options can be delivered for an added cost.
- I am open to a discounted rate for multiple-song projects. Please reach out to discuss the details of what you need done and develop a working relationship!

Interview with Austin Bridge
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Music for a project called Banner Worship.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: A good music industry has both. Sometimes digital tools can help speed up the process. Sometimes analog gear can help slow it down to keep it all grounded.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: You will get nothing but authenticity and someone working to the best of his ability.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love being creative and helping others be creative.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What are you wanting to get out of this project? What is your message to the listener?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be looking for a working relationship and collaboration. I don't want a business transaction.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My grandfather's acoustic guitar and a Bible
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I studied and worked at Dark Horse Recording in 2014. I then dove into the commercial film world before wanting to go back into music.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: "Three chords and the truth"
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Any artist that wishes to create genuine, thought-provoking music.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Go with your gut, then make a change to see if the change feels better or worse.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I believe I am a gifted writer. I desire to develop a story, whether it be truth or fiction. Knowing what the flow of a song should be to invoke emotion can be a powerful asset.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring authenticity and professionalism.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Work process would depend on the project at hand. Songwriting, recording, and mixing can all require a different approach.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I am working in Logic Pro X on Macbook Pro. For recording, I use an Audient interface.
