Interview with Sam Koop
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: There's room enough in this world for both. Analog's great because of the way full waveforms are captured, and the warmth that comes from tape saturation. Digital has come a long way since the mid-90's. It sounds great now, and the cost allows a whole new era of musicians to record their music that we would have never had a chance to hear before.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Trust your ears over your eyes.
