Interview with GranadosMyoozik
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Bill Evans....If you know, you know.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: There is a such thing as too much reverb....
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Anything that strikes me as interesting or fun, there's really no substitute for either ;-))
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I would say it's being able to exist creatively within many forms. Even if I'm involved in a project that isn't my usual cup of tea, I have enough awareness and fluidity to adapt; Considering every aspect of whatever's going on to create my own ideas.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Myself really; I've spent a lot of time creating my own realm of creativity within the universe of music so I unapologetically bring my own insights and feel.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I work. Whatever project I'm involved with I give 2382938923289% for the sake of achieving a meaningful finished product, but also because I dive in headfirst, giving it my all for my own selfish reasons ;-)
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work from my studio at home.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Really any musician that chases their truth and has the ability to convey that through their craft. If it swings it swings. Ya dig?
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I typically just offer session work either on the trombone or piano depending on what the project needs. I've been gigging around my city since I've been 15 years old; Learning a lot on the band stand.
