My playing focuses on delivering the perfect accompaniment for your song with an emphasis on groove, feel, texture and sensitivity. My desire is to provide something that enhances the song without distracting from the main focal point.
Hi, I'm Ed Williams. I have played for many artists including Nick Heyward, Neil Cowley, Pete Cunnah, Rosalie Deighton, Stu Hamm, Scott James, Cyrus Gabrysch and many others. I've also worked with producers such as Mike Allison, Steve Lyon, Joe Rodwell, and more.
My roots are in soul & funk but over the years I’ve explored many styles ranging from rock, Pop, Country, Indie, heavy metal, afrobeat, jazz and much more besides. I am also a composer having written many pieces mainly for industry use but also for consumer release.
