Hi, I’m Sephora. I’m a songwriter and vocalist working across pop, indie, folk, pop rock and electronic music, from soft atmospheric tracks to EDM, techno and trance.

I’ve written for and collaborated with artists and producers from France, Mexico, the UK, Sweden and Switzerland. Alongside my solo project, Sephora Kilbee, I’m also part of the French-Mexican band Crow Time.

My writing is all about intimacy, emotion, strong phrasing and melodies that stick. I love writing about relationships, introspection, belonging, nature vs city life, and the way technology shapes us.

I spent several years performing in a musical, and my background also includes piano, violin, choir and music theory. I’m closely involved in the production and arrangement of my own songs.

I work on toplines, lyrics, lead vocals, harmonies, vocal arrangements and piano parts, in English or French.

I love jumping into different musical worlds and finding what makes each song come alive.
