I am a vocalist, pianist and composer, specialising in cinematic, ethereal and melancholic soundscapes. I have a comprehensive knowledge of music theory and have advanced knowledge of electronic music production. I have been supported by BBCR1 & BBCR6, played international stages and lent my compositions to the teams behind 5* West End Musicals.
I am a classically trained vocalist and pianist, electronic music producer and versatile songwriter. Following my classical training, I furthered my studies in Composition and Jazz and then migrated into production and electronic music. This led me to my artist project '98 Poly', an industrial-ethereal sound that has been supported multiple times by BBC R1, BBC R6, Selector Radio and Reprezent.
I have an eclectic skill-set and range of experience; I have worked as a composer for Spitlip, the creative team behind the 5* West End Musical Operation Mincemeat, I have written music for fashion brand 'House of Sunny' and I have top-lined for independent drum & bass labels, most notably Med School, Hospital Records.
I have 10+years experience singing in a variety of genres and am well versed in alternative vocal production and processing. I have spent many years learning how to distort and manipulate the voice and especially enjoy lending my voice to cinematic compositions and productions. I have a wide range with a signature ethereal falsetto and also enjoy spoken & rap vocals.
I am best at composing romantic, dark and melancholic melodies on piano, though have a lot of experience doing session keys for electronic & folk bands. I have an advanced knowledge of music theory.
I'm easy-going and open so please get in touch if you have a project in mind!
