I am a composer for media specialized in horror and ambient. Films with psychological atmosphere. I admire composers like Bernard Herrmann, Angelo Badalamenti, John Carpenter and many others.
I am also a producer, singer and lyricist of rock and roll and pop music.

In addition to being a musician, I have a degree in film studies and I write screenplays, so I am familiar with music in the service of the film's central narrative.

In any case, each project is unique and the music would be worked in a unique and appropriate way for each project.

  1. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  2. A: Analog synthesizers, guitars, piano, midi, microphones, compressors, limiters, art.

  3. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  4. A: I have composed and written many songs with my band and I am proud of them, especially that they are no longer ours and are part of the audience. That's what pop is all about. I'm proud of the soundtracks for movies. And also the music for commercials, videos, fashion films, etc.

  5. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  6. A: Shortfim soundtrack and a Pop record.

  7. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  8. A: I'm new, I don't know. But I'm sure there are many recommendable people.

  9. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  10. A: Both. There are analog sounds that we have in our unconscious that sound better. And there are digital sounds that sound like what we want them to sound like. It will depend on what we want, but I use both as the project requires.

  11. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  12. A: You will have something really good.

  13. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  14. A: To create something beautiful out of nothing.

  16. A: Continuous communication is what we need to understand each other and achieve the best result.

  17. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  18. A: Sometimes I get obsessed and it's hard for me to stop to rest my ears and see things with a different perspective.

  20. A: What they want to achieve with music and sound design.

  21. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  22. A: You will have an original, valuable and unique product.

  23. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  24. A: I wouldn't take drums because I would find a lot of things to percuss on the island, I would take: -Guitar -Computer -MIDI keyboard -Microphone -A hat for the sun.

  25. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  26. A: I have been working in songwriting and music production for 15 years with a music band. I have also been composing music for audiovisuals for about 5 years. I have studies in film and screenwriting so I can apply it to the narrative of sound and image.

  27. Q: How would you describe your style?

  28. A: Film music, Pop.

  29. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  30. A: Brian Eno to learn about his generative music.

  32. A: Obey but enjoy iy :)

  34. A: Ambient, soundtracks, rock and roll, pop.

  36. A: I give the sound an aesthetics and dynamics that make it original.

  40. A: First I find the tempo of the music that fits the images, then I improvise ideas until I come up with one that I think might work, and I work on it. Then I compose the music, produce it and mix it.
