Versatile, hardworking, but chill enough to crack jokes between songs. Having played bass for over ten years, and studied and one of Canada's most prestigious music schools, I have what it takes to make whatever project you have come to life.
I can play just about any style of music authentically, but my passions are in the Latin, hip-hop/RnB, acoustic/songwriter, and world music spheres. Of course I can rock out too, I had a mohawk for years, and studied Indian Classical music and jazz in my time.
Although that is my focus, I'm much more than a bassist. I studied classical guitar and take my own songwriting seriously. Composing and writing lyrics is my passion. I also produce electronic music, specializing in real UK sounds (jungle, garage, grime), and know my way well around Pro Tools, Logic, and Ableton for mixing tracks.
I'm interested in original music primarily. That's not to say I don't play covers of course, but projects that are entirely cover based are just not my bag.
