  1. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  2. A: I like bringing someone's project to life, seeing their passion be fully realized.

  3. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  4. A: I think one of the biggest misconception is how much effort it takes and the price range. For example, some clients think that a 60 min score can be done in a week for a small amount of money. Music takes time, and good music takes longer.

  5. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  6. A: 1. What's the style of film? 2. What inspired you to make it? 3. What kind of music are you looking for? 4. What's the due date? 5. What's your budget for music?

  7. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  8. A: In order to receive the best results, reach out far ahead of the project's due date. It may save you money and help your project be the best it can be.

  9. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  10. A: Knife Rope Shovel Yeti mug Shakuhachi Flute

  11. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  12. A: Around 4 years. I got my start playing violin when I was around 8 years old. From there I picked up guitar and piano and began playing on a worship team at my local church. Around 2017 I began focusing on writing electronic music and fell in love with film scores. After 2 years in community college I transferred to Liberty University where I got my Bachelor's in Film Scoring.

  13. Q: How would you describe your style?

  14. A: My style would probably be Hans Zimmer mixed with some Thomas Newman and Harry Gregson Williams.

  15. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  16. A: Hybrid Cinematic/Horror/Orchestral music is usually the type of music I work on, though I have also branched out and do quite well with Fantasy Chinese and Japanese music.

  17. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  18. A: My strongest skill is bringing quality and artistry to a project. I put in my best effort with my projects and the quality of the music can usually show.

  19. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  20. A: I bring a diverse mix of cinematic styles, whether its hybrid cinematic music (like Hans Zimmer) or more orchestral works (like Lorne Balfe, John Williams, etc.).

  21. Q: What's your typical work process?

  22. A: I usually listen to or watch the project I am working on and map out places where there could be music. Once approved, I will then write music for those areas, sometimes adding more in places where I think need more.

  23. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  24. A: - Macbook Pro 16" 64 Gb Ram - Sceptre 20" Monitor - Focusrite Audio Interface - Blue Yeti Microphone

  25. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  26. A: I take inspiration from many composers such as Hans Zimmer, Jóhann Jóhannsson, and Japanese composers such as Hiroki Morishita and Takashi Yoshimatsu.

  27. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  28. A: I normally compose music for my client's films, television shows, or audio dramas.
