I'm Tyler Jayy, I release Indie-pop music as a solo artist, but I also sing EDM Toplines! I release my own EDM music under "Insko" so I love to work with EDM producers who need good original vocals at an affordable price.
Here on soundbetter I'm giving my original vocals to you! Wether you got a rough vocal demo, some lyrics, or just an instrumental I'll try my best to provide you with a full length vocal for your EDM production.
All my services are affordable and negotiable. Prices vary based on the amount of work I have to do. Standard pricing for both Songwriting & Vocal recordings is $65 (usually $30 for Songwriting, $60 for Vocal recording). Payments are 50% at the start, and 50% at the end to avoid scamming.
There is also the option for features (your song to have feat. Tyler Jayy) or ghost vocals (Your song be just you and the song name). But this will be discussed.
I do typically ask for a small % of royalties from the song, the standard being 15%. But this is also negotiable.
I'll work back and forth with you to tweak anything you want to be changed with up to 5 revisions free. All vocals both dry and wet will be provided.
Some fun little facts:
• I've been producing EDM music under "Insko" for 7 years now. Melodic Bass is my main genre.
• I record my vocals using a Shure SM7B.
• I have over 8,000 subscribers on YouTube, posting EDM reactions/reviews weekly.

Interview with Tyler Jayy
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Mostly EDM, but I just finished up my Indie-pop album as an individual artist.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I feel like I can bring a bit of emotion to a song. I really love songwriting and telling stories and I think my vocal performance is pretty soft but big.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I get sent a demo by a producer and normally just mumble some kind of melody over the top if they don't already have lyrics or a rough vocal demo they want me to do. Then from there I play around with words and try to write a little story. Then I do proper vocal takes, harmonies/layers and send a demo to the client. After that I work back and fourth to make any tweaks and then send all the vocals, dry & wet, in a zipped folder!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I record using a Shure SM7B. But I also have Adams Audio t7v monitors for production and beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro headphones. I record my vocals in FL Studio but normally produce in Ableton Live.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm a huge ILLENIUM fan. I think his productions have a lot of emotion and the vocalists he gets on always capture that really well.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Mostly songwriting and vocal recording for EDM instrumentals. These styles can vary.
