Hi, I'm an audio freak. If something doesn't turn out the way I want it, I'll do it again. Very perfectionist, very dedicated. Sound is my life.

Interview with Tiziano Brambilla
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I feel proud of Sotano Club, I was the recording, mixing and mastering technician. They gave me all the leading roles in the song to shape it as I wanted. They trusted me and the songs are going to sound spectacular.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm working with an emerging band from Argentina called "Sotano Club". Excellent musicians and people.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: I still don't know anyone, unfortunately.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Analog and digital. Both worlds are beautiful and give unique tools. It's not about one or the other. It's about combining both.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise is that I will work until you feel more than happy with the result, until your songs reach the next level.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I like to turn a diamond in the rough into something sonically incredible. I love and enjoy listening to music and helping it sound better.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: I think that each client's questions can be unique, there is nothing similar between them beyond the price.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That it is easy, obviously it is not. But people sometimes think that it is.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What sound do you want to achieve? What do you want to convey with your message? Do you identify with your song? What does your composition remind you of?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: I would ask him not to keep anything to himself, to share everything. The more connection there is between the artist and his producer, the better things turn out.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Computer, audio interface, mic and a notebook with pen.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been studying and improving myself since 2020. I have been playing the guitar since I was 12, I am 21. I improved my skills at the Tecson School and through courses.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is vintage, minimalist and hard. I love powerful bass and enriching harmonies. Big spaces, prominent silences, choirs.....
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I always dreamed of working with Wos and Evlay, both very talented in what they do. I admire Evlay, I hope to have a drink with him someday and talk.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Less is more, don't add more processes where there could be less. You are degrading the sound.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Rock / Soul-R&b / Pop
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: The edition and interpretation
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring solidity to it, most songs need to sound more solid when they come to my hands. I bring stability to them, magic doesn't exist but there is tempo, there is a good kick hitting with a bass note at the same time. That's the best punch you can get. The rest is added by the artist. I can polish the rough diamond that is there.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: It depends on the starting point of the project. In the case of doing everything from recording to mastering, you start by recording everything that needs to be recorded and then cleaning everything up. I usually do a fairly heavy editing to simplify everything before mixing. If I don't like something, I do it again. My process could be ordered like this: 1. Editing the audio to work on 2. Mixing the audio 3. Effects and ambiences 4. Mastering
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a small home studio, I use everything through Arturia and Waves plugins. Maybe some Universal Audio. I use Ableton Live 12 Suite as my main DAW. I value simplicity when working, too much is never good.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: My biggest influences are Gustavo Cerati, Charly Garcia, Mac Miller, Michael Jackson, among many others.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: My most common job for musicians is to guide them towards a sound identity. We look for guitar tones, bass tones, and drum sounds in the production, so that above all they feel identified with what they hear.
