Charley Ruddell is a producer, songwriter and session musician based in the Northeast (Pennsylvania, New York, New England). A Berklee College alumni, Ruddell has been professional musician for 15 years, traveling the world at length in pursuit of a life driven by art and music. His lengthy list of artistic collaborators begins with stints producing and touring around the globe with Benny Sings, Madison McFerrin, Lamont Landers, Aubrey Haddard and more. He has also collaborated in sessions and on stage with members of Alabama Shakes, Cage the Elephant, Clairo, Grace Potter, Lucius, John Carroll Kirby, Sungazer and more. Though he has recorded in some iconic recording studios around the country, including Avatar Studios and The Power Station, Ruddell's current remote studio is in rural Pennsylvania, in which he keeps his arsenal of vintage synthesizers and guitars, including short scale 1969 Guyatone Les Paul and Fender Mustang basses.
