Brian on SoundBetter

Hi! I'm Brian, and I can provide high quality demo vocals for a variety of genres. I have a wide range, but my voice fits comfortably in the Bass range. I can also produce high-quality instrumental tracks (with or without vocals) - specializing in pop.

I have a Master's Certificate in Audio Technology and Production from Berklee College of Music, and I'm a two-time Finalist in the renowned Great American Song contest. Check out my Audio Sample to listen to three songs that I wrote, produced, and sung myself!

My average turn around is 72 hours, upon accepting the request (that includes producing!).

Brian has been so easy to work with and I feel very lucky that I found him. He has helped me with creating several tracks and we are hopefully going to work on my debut EP together!!!

Interview with Brian

  1. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  2. A: Pop, EDM and country.

  3. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  4. A: Providing demo vocals for their tracks.

  5. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  6. A: I really love Max Martin because he has really mastered the art of pop vocal production.

  7. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  8. A: I have a very professional home studio with several high-quality condenser mics, interfaces, etc. I mostly work in Logic Pro X and Pro Tools.

  9. Q: What's your typical work process?

  10. A: It is quite simple. Depending on the project, I make sure to go over every detail the person may need, and provide them with quality vocals and production, generally within 48 hours.

  11. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  12. A: I bring quality. Generally, I try to bring exactly what the client might be looking for.

  13. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  14. A: My work ethic.

  15. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  17. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  18. A: Never hesitate to be as specific as you'd like with what you are looking for. Much better to give every detail upfront!

  20. A: What EXACTLY they are looking for. I aim to please!

  21. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  26. A: That no matter what the project is, as long as it relates to music, I'm always having fun with it.

  36. A: I would love to work with Max Martin! I feel we have similar approaches to production.

  37. Q: How would you describe your style?

  38. A: Disciplined, but artistic.

  39. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  42. A: That I will provide them with a quality product that satisfies their specific needs!
