  18. A: My strongest skill would be my ear and hearing things that stand out in a track that I would like to take out or enhance depending on if it's an issue or something I want to make a point of the listener hearing in the track.

  19. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  20. A: I bring my own mixing style and flavour to a song by doing an initial listen to the song and adding reverb, delay and other effects that I think will suit the style of the track.

  21. Q: What's your typical work process?

  22. A: My typical work flow is pretty industry standard I start off by getting my levels sounding good and then my panning where I want everything to sit in the mix and then I go on to my compression and EQ, creating reverb busses and mix busses for drums, guitars, vocals and whatever other instruments are on the track, once I have everything sounding good I'll do some automation to give the track some life and character and then bounce the track down to a stereo file. Once I have that stereo file I'll upload it into a new session and begin my mastering process which consists of compression, EQ, saturation and limiting to get the song loud as possible without distorting.

  23. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  24. A: My studio setup consists of my computer and a pair of Yamaha HS5 monitors, a focusrite scarlett 18i8 interface and a shure sm7b microphone, I mix mostly in the box with a bunch of high end plugins.

  26. A: The most common work I do for clients is mixing and mastering of music tracks but i can also do post production work for films and clips.
