Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Our studio setup is designed to facilitate a versatile and professional audio production environment. I utilize both a Mac and a normal PC to leverage different software and workflows effectively. For audio interfaces, I rely on a PreSonus Studio 2-channel interface and a Focusrite Scarlett 4-channel interface, providing flexibility in recording multiple inputs simultaneously. To manage and fine-tune audio signals, I utilize a Xenyx 1202FX Behringer mixer, ensuring precise control over levels and effects. My microphone collection includes an Audio-Technica AT2020 condenser microphone for crisp and detailed recordings, a Shure SM58 for versatile vocal performances, and a Rode NTR ribbon microphone for capturing warm and natural sounds. For monitoring and playback, I trust KRK audio monitors to deliver accurate and balanced sound reproduction, complemented by Audio-Technica headphones for detailed monitoring during recording and mixing sessions. Additionally, I have access to various instruments, including a piano, to add live elements and musicality to my productions. Incorporating these tools, along with other fun yet useful gadgets like a pad for creative input, enables me to create professional-grade audio content with precision, creativity, and sonic excellence.
