Rokas Kucinskas

Multimedia Composer

Rokas Kucinskas on SoundBetter

BA Jazz @ Leeds College of Music and MA Musicology @ University of Amsterdam graduate specialising in composing music for multimedia (video, apps, ads, etc.).

My musical career began early (age of 5) and until graduating from high-school I played classical music on a piano, violin and french horn.

Afterwards, I finished BA Jazz program at Leeds College of Music, where I fell in love with music production, composition & arrangement: film & game soundtracks, as well as commercials, are my favourites. It is a result of an extensive list of courses I have finished in these fields due to my curriculum in LCM. I also finished MA Musicology program at the University of Amsterdam.

I play keyboard instruments, so apart from abstract multimedia music compositions, I also perform on a piano meaning I record keyboard parts, too. I mainly work with Logic Pro X, although I am familiar with most DAW environments (Pro Tools, Cubase, Ableton, etc.). I charge minimal amounts, although musical compositions cost more than recording keyboard tracks.
