Interview with Bhuwan Shrivastava

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I worked on a german company's anthem and youtube channel official music. I was extremely proud of the work i did because it was one of the most beautiful pieces i had written. The client loved it with saying "I really enjoyed working with Bhuwan. Communication was easy and he understood what kind of music we wanted in our jingle". I was the composer and music producer for the track.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: A cinematic project on 10 different emotions without any visual aid. Thats a challenge i have taken and all I can say, its difficult and very exciting.

  5. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  6. A: Both. They have their own unique qualities and sounds and making use of both is what i like the most.

  7. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  8. A: I will deliver the work in 72 Hours and to your expectation.

  9. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  10. A: Sitting in front of Logic, fiddling with sounds and composing beautiful sketches all day long.

  11. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  12. A: Can you make something cinematic or chill for my {brand/project/video]. My answer is ALWAYS - Sure, I'd love to.

  14. A: That music production is a hobby and should be kept that way.

  15. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  17. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  18. A: Portable Battery charger for my Macbook, studio headphones, Scifi books, portable water filter device & sunscreen :)
