Hey I'm Luke Rey, an audio engineer who commits for perfectionism through hard-work and dedication. I have over 7 years of experience working with music/audio and a bachelor's in Recording Arts. I've worked with numerous collaborators taking their music to the next level! I offer my knowledge and my skills to help those who want to achieve the results they crave for.

I specialize in vocals (tuning, comping) and mixing/mastering. I love the art of taking a bunch of tracks and building a song from the ground up technically and sonically. I've been using Melodyne since I started working on audio and it's the program that I know inside and out. I also produce songs and can work in a wide variety of genres (pop, country, rock, metal, trap, etc.). I use Pro Tools for mixing, editing and mastering and FL Studio for production.

Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: It doesn't really matter, as long as you get the results you want. You can have the best analog/digital gear in the world, but if you don't know how to use it, it's worth nothing.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: We'll get through the song and make it sound great next to the top songs in the charts! That is my goal with all my clients!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love the journey of making a song come together; the before and after.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is very modern and upfront. I like to have my mixes upfront, clear yet full and huge sounding.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Do the most with the few instruments that you have. You'll be surprise with how much you can fill up the sonic space with a few instruments instead of overproducing and mudding up the track.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: My usual genres are pop, country. rnb, and rock.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is mixing. I've been practicing it for almost 7-8 years with many learning experiences and tricks up my sleeve.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: In terms of artists, Taylor Swift and BTS are my main inspirations musically. As for music professionals, Serban Ghenea and Andrew Watt are my heroes and the sound that I look up to!
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Usually my clients request me the most for mixing and vocal production (Melodyne). I've done vocal work and mixing for pop, country, rnb, trap, rock, metal, etc.
