A: The choice between analog and digital depends entirely on the track and the desired outcome. Analog has its strengths and weaknesses, just as digital does. The tools I select are always based on what best suits the specific track and the goals we aim to achieve.

A: Aligning the phases of the kick and bass is key to achieving a tight, powerful low end. This crucial step ensures that the elements work together seamlessly, preventing phase cancellations and enhancing the overall impact of the track.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Techno, House, EDM, Synthpop, Deep-House, Ambient/Chillout.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring to a song an amplification of its intentions and emotions, ensuring that every detail resonates with the listener. My goal is to enhance the track’s natural essence, making it both technically polished and emotionally compelling.

A: The first and most important step is to listen to the track and understand its intention and emotions. The next steps involve the technical aspects, followed by a return to the emotional elements.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most clients want to get their tracks mastered, but I also do mixing, vocal mixing, and editing.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: As a kid, I learned to play the accordion and piano, and as a teenager, I began exploring electronic music. I studied physics and earned a doctorate in the field, but it was during my studies that I started working professionally in electronic music. This blend of science and music has shaped my unique approach to production.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Gifted in music production and mixing & mastering, I bring exceptional talent to every project. My innate ability to understand and enhance the nuances of sound, combined with years of hands-on experience, ensures that your music reaches its full potential. Every track I work on is a testament to my dedication to excellence and my passion for creating the perfect sound.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: The most important components in my studio are the ultra-transparent AD/DA converter, phase-linearized studio monitors, and an acoustically treated room, tuned to my ears.
