Interview with Klean
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I worked on the mix and master of a song in which a local artist (Alan Mont) participates in collaboration with an artist (R-Primo) member of an important label (Vida Robot) in Mexico. The idea of my work being heard by people who are somehow placed on the national scene excited me.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital because it is what I am used to working with but I would like to have the opportunity to work with analog equipment in the future.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: In every job I do I focus 100% to achieve a great result. I work on each project that comes into my hands just as if it were one of my own projects.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: What I enjoy the most about my work is that I can develop my creativity and it will be reflected in the final sound of each work.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work in urban genre music like rap, trap, reggaeton, etc.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: The detail and the organization. I like to have my sessions well organized to be able to work on them in great detail and to be able to offer a clean and concrete sound.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: In each of my works I try to provide a clean and quality sound.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I really like the work that Jayrick, producer of the Rich Vagos, does, although my way of working is also highly influenced by Chuki Beatz from Belgium, André Moral from Peru and Santaflow from Spain.
