Eager to play the next peculiar bassline...

I am a music lover since long time now and although i do other for a living i tend to spend a large part of my time practicing musical instruments and recording stuff... i currently live in Naples ( IT ) and i am a rather weak multi-instrumental musician.
In my own recordings i have played bass, guitar, percs, drums, keyboards and wind instruments but if i have to record for third parts i'd go only for the bass guitar which is the intrument i am mostly bounded. I have a penchant for original and uneven solutions doing music so i try to be creative before all, developing a bassline which is able giving a bold sense of movement to the rest of the track/proceeding. I seek the challenge of recording also projects which are very far from the way i conceive music or preferred listenings which put me at ease, out of curiosity i have decided to join this platform to see if something interesting turns out. Another important mean of expression is the inherent quality of sound which differentiate productions, so i am concerned about various recording techniques and i use various musical gears ( mostly from the early to late seventies ) for achieving a distinctive sound which may be also suitable well in the given / ultimate mix. So i can record a bass track mono or crossovered between a distinct range of frequencies/FX/synthesized ( a stereo track will be provided in the latter case ).
