Emmy nominated production duo that has worked on films for Netflix, HBO, BET, ESPN and more. We specialize in cinematic and emotive textures that can drive the story of your film home!
We are a film scoring and production Duo based in NYC and LA. We scored the Emmy nominated 3 part docu-series "Jeen-Yuhs" following the life of Kanye West that is streaming on Netflix. naturally Drawn to experimental sounds and textures, our blend of electronic and acoustic elements creates a unique sound not found anywhere else. We'll often use elements like electric and acoustic cello, unique looping, sampling, various analog synths, electric/acoustic drums, many different types of tape echos and reel to reel machines. Everything from polished sounding recordings, to raw tape saturated unique soundscapes.
-Film credits include: "Jeen-Yuhs the Kanye West Trillogy" (Netflix), "Muhammad Ali (The People's Champ)" (BET), "Heimo's Arctic Refuge" (Vice), "The (Dead) Mothers Club" (HBO), "Public Figure" (Amazon).
Currently in production for the anticipated 4 part docuseries detailing the story of Baywatch.
-Commercial credits include BMW, Volvo, Monster Energy, Van Cleef & Arpels, Rag & Bone, Elle (Mexico).
-We are a hybrid of classical and jazz training that intersects at electronic and experimentation. Over 20 years performance in every situation imaginable. We held a 13 year residency at Apotheke in NYC's chinatown every Sunday, and performed at the SF armory for Charity Water which raised over 5 Million dollars for clean water drills in Ethiopia.
