Jorge Armijos, known as Jörg Army is a Venezuelan artist open to a universe of opportunities. Venezuelan by birth and Ecuadorian from his roots. Since he was little, Jörg Army started playing the guitar at the age of 12, inspired by his father who always sang and played the guitar, he always had the goal of being a recognized artist, showing his songs and his talent to the world. At the age of 14 he learned to sing naturally, and at the age of 17 he discovered his greatest talent, which was composition, each rhythm in the air, at unexpected moments, in dreams the songs come to his imagination. In 2022 he began his path as an artist and the great challenge of being a producer to capture and make his works known. His projects include various genres: Reggae, Reggaeton, Flamenco, Pop, Alternative, New Era, and more.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm working on edits.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital, I like to be a nomad. I guess that defines the Viking style.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Responsibility, excellence, creativity, honesty.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Creating, Being inspired, knowing that I am going to create something as a team with a client to leave it captured in history.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What style of artist do you have? what is your main genre? What artists inspire you? What is your goal as an artist?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: My compositions are excellent, my productions are barely in the stage of continuous improvement, even so, I am willing to give quality work.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: A phone with global satellite connection full charged, a GPS device with global connection, a big bottle of water, a hammock and a mango tree.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Since 2017 I was discovering the wonder of possessing songwriting qualities.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is an internal struggle between Viking culture and Cyberpunk, on the one hand I like the transcendental, forests and mountains, but on the other hand I combine it a lot with the future, be it dystopian or utopian. It is difficult to explain.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Indie, Reggaeton, Pop, Soundtracks
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Composing songs
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: A home studio, audio monitors, a midi, a high-quality microphone, a Lapto with excellent plugins for musical productions. I have enough tools to accomplish any of the jobs mentioned. Although the tools are a great plus for professional work, in the end it will be about the creative work that I am going to implement.

A: James Newton Howard, Tony Anderson, Jeremy Soule, Hans Zimmer, Maroon 5, Andrew Bellew, Colplay.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Audio mixing, vocal and guitar recording, editing before mixing.
