Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Personally analog! I am a hybrid because I transform audio within the digital into analog!
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise a radio release ready project!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I enjoy going on a journey with artists by listening to their creative product!
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: How many artists have you worked with? Not many as I am just now opening my services to the public!
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That all audio engineers need to study at a music school and these days that’s not necessary.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Mix in mono!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: MacBook, Audio Technica headphones, Oontz Angle Speakers, MPK MIDI controller, and charging cables!
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My career path has always been around serving creatives! I’ve been in music and audio for 7 years now!
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is all about warmth! I fully enjoy assisting the final output of a song. Punchy, warm and present are my big three.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Tyler the Creator. He’s got an eclectic style of play in the audio world. Anything is possible with him.

A: Always make sure that you are satisfied with your mix and ready to master for complete satisfaction! It’s hard to be set on a draft as a creative.. I understand!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I enjoy mastering hip hop!
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill would be customer service! I listen to my clients and serve their needs so they can continue to be creative. Thinking about the technicalities can take that away sometimes.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I use all of the space possible for frequencies to live harmoniously in a final track.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I listen to the mix several times through speakers and monitor headphones to get a feel of how I will approach the master.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My set up is in-house at Breath of JAH studios! I work almost entirely through Logic Pro. I push all recordings through an analog preset.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Bob Marley recordings inspired me very early on. The analog gear used to capture the essence of his sound lives on today.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I master pre mixed tracks providing them with a stereo ready project ready to release publicly for the artist!
