If you want to work with me, feel free to send over your instrumental, the key and bpm of your song. If you've already got lyrics you want me to sing, please send them over along with your melody idea and in case you want me to write a new topline, I'd really love to hear the ideas and inspirations you had when creating the instrumental so we can mix them with my visions and ideas and create the perfect song for you! :)
Looking forward to making some awesome music together :) Just send me a message and let's create some magic!

It was a lot of fun working with Haley :) She communicated efficiently, with kindness and simplicity. She brought the production to the next level, and the results of the lyrics, topline, and vocals were outstanding. I would definitely work with her again.

Hayley delivered quality work to our project. We did not need to say much to get the result from her we were looking for. Absolutely great to work with and will 100% come back again to work with her. Definetly recommend her for your next project!

Interview with Haley Maze

  1. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  2. A: I promise to always do my absolute best to turn my clients' visions and ideas into reality to create some beautiful music together and make it worth your money and your time.

  3. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  4. A: Being able to be creative and create something that hasn't existed before is pure magic to me. It's also absolutely incredible that I'm able to travel to any place on this beautiful world and am always able to do what I love with my little "studio-to-go".

  5. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  6. A: Especially when writing new toplines, I always really like it when clients tell me about their ideas for lyrics concepts. While most producers might think and say that they have no ideas or preferences, I feel like there's always a spark of an idea in everyone who creates instrumentals. Even if it's only a vibe, positive, negative, happy, sad, heartbreak, friendship, party or love, let us singer/songwriters know it and we can create something even more personal and emotional.

  7. Q: What's your typical work process?

  8. A: When I receive an instrumental, I like to start a voice recording on my phone when listening to it for the first time and straight away record the ideas that come directly from my mind and heart, as those ideas are the most natural and therefore feel super real and honest. Then I like to build on these ideas, perfecting the melodies and develop the lyrical concept further. After outlining the idea, I always like to check in with my client to see if they like it and then we go back and forth until our song is complete and everyone's happy with it. When it's about singing an already written song or a cover, I always make sure to listen to the song multiple times until I feel secure with the melodies and lyrics and then hop on the mic straight away.

  9. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  10. A: I would describe my studio setup as simple but effective. I only need my laptop, microphone and interface to create music and I absolutely love it, as I can take my little "studio" anywhere with me.

  11. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  12. A: I mostly write toplines and sing, comp and tune them but also really enjoy singing already written toplines or covers for my clients.
