My name is Sophia. I'm a dj, vocalist and a producer. I live in the Netherlands - Amsterdam. I've been writting music my whole life. I produce and release music for myself but I also write for other artists mainly in EDM scene for any sub genre. I can compose for you: lyrics, melody, my singing vocals.
In 2023 I won ADE sampler contest and released my music with multiple labels. My writting skills are also highlighted in some articles for Data Transmition or interview with BRM Magazine which is a Berlin based underground music magazine.
You can also send me stemps and I can write and record different versions of vocals over it. I usually work fast since the ideas come very quickly. I'm very creative and adapt to clients demands. If you're interested, send me a message and tell me more about your project.

First I must say Sophia is a pleasure to work with! Not only is she very professional, but her kind and open minded nature makes the creative process intuitive.
Her unique vocal style instantly had me inspired.
I make tech house, but it’s obvious to me Sophia’s vocals could be used In any genre of music. With that said there is no exaggerating when I say what came of our collaboration is my favorite track to date. I’m ecstatic to be releasing this piece and doing future works with this talented up and coming artist 🥂

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I released a song that won a a sampler contest at ADE and now the label that selected me signed me and will release the track.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Some trance tracks and some melodic techno vocals.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My music will be unique.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: It's what I was born for.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That talent is enough. No, it's a lot of hard work, being consistent and not listening to rejection. You need to have a tough mindset. To be an artist you need to be an athlete.

A: What do they want to achieve with this track? What is their inspiration? Who are they doing this music for?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be open, be specific but please be authentic.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My piano, my Pioneer Controller (RX3), my microphone, my computer and my phone
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been a "bed room musician" my entire life, grew up in a family of artists and musicians. The real wake up call happened last year.

A: I like intensity and depth in everything I create.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Armin V Buuren, Morten, Benny Benassi. Because I grew up with their beats

A: Be authentic

A: EDM/Techno/Trance/Melodic and Acid techno
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: The language skills, different cultural influences and vocal capacities
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: My voice is unique because of my culturalbackgrounds.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I don't have a typical work process but I'm very productive in the evening.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work from home. All I need is my microphone and some inspiration. If artists want something specific they can send me their beats and I can write on it.
