Juan Peralta is a media composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Napa, California. His work can be heard in the feature film "Quiero tu Vida", executive produced by the Academy-award nominee Salma Hayek, besides of commercial works for clients like Coca Cola, Aeromexico, and Boar's Head.
Juan is a highly accomplished and versatile musician with a diverse skill set, making a mark as a composer for film and visual media, a classical and orchestral trumpet player, and a multi-instrumentalist session musician. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Classical Music from the Royal Conservatory of Granada in Spain and graduated with honors from the Orchestra Master's program at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague in the Netherlands. He is currently working on different projects as a composer assistant for the award-winning composer Bernardo Castro. As a trumpet player, Juan has performed with prestigious orchestras such as the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, the National Opera & Ballet in Amsterdam, and the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, working with renowned conductors such as Daniel Barenboim, Valeri Gergiev, and Jaap van Zweden. He has also worked with esteemed artists like Martin Garrix, Tony Succar, and Adam Rapa, showcasing his skills as a multi-instrumentalist session musician.
