Hey guys,
I'm Nina based in Hamburg, Germany and a professional vocalist for over 10+ years experience. Besides my own project miu I offer my singing services to several clients and now here on soundbetter as well!
I feel most comfortable singing pop, blue-eyed soul, retro soul, rock, folk, country, alternative and even a little bit of jazz. I specialize in vocals (lead and/or BGV) and topline (bundled with recording vocals) if requested.

My topnote in chest voice is a C5. If neccessary I can push it up to C#5 or a short D5 but please keep in mind that this mind sound a bit sharp. In head voice I can go higher, of course.

For my vocals I use a Sony C100 mic and Universal Audio Apollo Twin mic pre with several optional plugins.
People have described my voice as “clear, yet sultry and warm", powerful and soulful.

Please specifiy if you need recorded vocals only or background vocals, too. My rates are per song up to 4:30 minutes in length.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I landed a sync on a big German TV show which I wrote and sang the song for.

A: When sending a request be clear about following things: - what is the exact task (style, deadlines) - Deadlines - Commercial use?

A: An acoustic guitar, a solar rechargable power bank ;-) macbook, usb mic and cable
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I'm a professional musician for more than 10+ years, mostly working on my artists project "miu" which is quite successfull in Germany. Besides my artists project I lend my voice to different studio projects and would love to do more of these jobs. Great we have the internet!

A: pop influenced by soul and raw nashville singersongwriter vibe

A: Trust your ears!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop with soul influence.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I'm good at belting (up do D) and being very precisely.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring warmth and sultry, full vocals to the table!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: After reviewing the material I've been sent I check if I have any unanswered questions. If not I will set up for work and do some variations. I will send a short snippet to make sure I'm working towards the right direction. If approves I will sing the complete song and send my edited but raw material to the client.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I use the Apollo twin interface and different mics. My preferred mic is the Sony C100 and the Shure SM7
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I love big warm vocals such as Adele, Lola Young, Amy Winehouse and warm, almost jazzy vocals such as Melody Gardot or Norah Jones.
